Dock (be aware the lake is lowered five feet for the winter making dock unreachable by boat and pool is closed down from November to March). Covered Patio. Dining table with a lake view seats four as well as three bar stools. All the amenities you expect plus the convenient location you will appreciate, quiet but just minutes from historic downtown and the Hot Springs bathhouses. 3 kayaks provided. Come enjoy the beautiful lake. Located on a quiet street with a fenced yard. Very private as owners are gone and are renting out the terrace level. 9' ceilings. Summary: We spent 3 nights here and it was wonderful. Home is lovely, but the outside is gorgeous. It was so peaceful. Even swam in the pool on May 2nd, it was a little on the cool side though. Would definitely go again.
